Web-based training (WBT)

Web-based training (WBT) forms, as ever, the core of all activities carried out under the heading “e-learning”. They are suitable for the transfer of process-oriented application knowledge in the form of simulations of IT applications (for example SAP online training) but equally for the dissemination of non-IT based content (for example product training or soft skills training). The knowledge transfer can take place at various levels – from the targeted retrieval of information in a work context (inform) via didactically reorganized learning content (learn) to attractive promotional videos (motivate).

Of course, it’s entirely up to you whether you use your own resources for e-learning – with energetic help and support from TTS as and when needed – or you entrust us with the full implementation of customized solutions.

E-learning implementations call for adjustments in your company’s traditional learning culture. E-learning provides – and in turn requires – a responsible and cooperative approach. Compared with classic presence training, where knowledge transfer takes place at a specific time and place, face-to-face in a formal setting, this new and innovative learning concept relies upon the discipline and self-organization of each individual student.
